World Water Day 2012

At the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED). The United Nations General Assembly designated that World Water Day (WWD) would be held annually on 22 March “as a means of focusing attention on the importance of freshwater and advocating for the sustainable management of freshwater resources.” Each year, World Water Day focuses on a targeted area of freshwater. For example in 2011, WWD focused on the impact that rapid growth in our cities is having on our clean water supplies. The key message of World Water Day is that clean water for life is an essential!

At Nikken we know the importance of paying close attention to the quality of your water. You bathe in it, cook with it, and drink it. It only makes sense that the key to good health starts with clean, pure water!  When water is so important to our health, it makes sense to look after our body, both inside and out, with the best water possible! This is why we have developed a whole range of products devoted to this very purpose. Our innovative PiMag® technology uses a special blend of materials and natural minerals to produce the healthiest water possible by removing the impurities that tend to pollute water as it makes its way into your home and adding essential minerals to meet your body’s daily needs.
